
Chef Sabri's experience as a chef in the Hotel Industry spans over 18 years. Currently attached to The Novotel Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Chef Sabri accumulated awards for his culinary skills both locally and overseas. Chef Sabri's specialties include Ice Carvings, Western & Italian Cuisines, French Fine Dining, Fusion Fine Dining & Malaysian Cuisine.
Chef Sabri also plays an important role in the development of culinary skills amongst local chefs as Chairman of the Chef Association of Malaysia. He has also been appointed judge in numerous cooking competitions both locally and abroad.
Chef Sabri has also penned several Cook Books and articles in local women's magazines namely "Koko Negara", "Rasa", "Saji", "Wanita" and "Flavour".
