1. Terms of Service
The following are the terms and conditions for use of LKM, Inspirasi Koko SMS services via DAPAT|32728 including without limitation to the internet-to-SMS service and other services which may be offered from time to time by TV2 (each feature individually and collectively referred to as “LKM SMS services”).
2. Terms of Use
i) You agree that your use of this service is at your sole risk and acknowledge that anything contained within the service, including but not limited to content, services, goods or advertisements are provided “as is” and “as available” and that TV2 makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the service including but not limited to merchantability, non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose or use.
ii) You acknowledge that LKM SMS services:
· Does not guarantee the sequence, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the service;
· Inaccuracies in or errors in or omissions from the service;
· Delays, errors or interruptions in the transmission or delivery of the service;
· Loss or damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or by any reason of non-performance;
· LKM reserves to the right to select, censor and remove SMS for its program.
iii) By using the The LKM SMS services, you hereby agree to receive information, promotional or advertorial messages, updates and other materials from LKM or TV2 that may be made available from time to time at no prior notice to your mobile unit. 3. Pricing
Each SMS response from LKM SMS (“Mobile Terminator” or “MT”) carries premium charges rates, minimum of RM 0.50 for SMS and maximum of RM 1.00 for side load (recipe).
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LKM, TV2, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on LKM SMS Services.
5. SMS Quiz
The SMS quiz is open to viewers of Rancangan Inspirasi Koko except for employees of Lembaga Koko Malaysia, Television Airtime Services Sdn Bhd (TAS), its group companies, the contest management companies and their immediate family members.
The Contests will run in Rancangan Inspirasi Koko on TV2 from 14th May, 2006
By participating in the quiz, contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of LKM:
a. The Quiz starts at 14th May, 2006
b. Questions are available every Sunday in the Rancangan Inspirasi Koko on TV2.
c. The number of entries is unlimited but in each entry, only four (4) tries are permitted. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaker would be the winning slogan.
d. Winners are selected based on the most correct SMS answers sent from each handphone number that includes a slogan.
e. Winners will be notified by phone.
f. The premium rate of 50 sen on top of the normal Telco rate applies to each SMS.
g. Advertised prizes are available while stock lasts and subject to change.
h. LKM reserves the right to substitute any prize with other similar valued prizes without prior notice.
i. Prizes are non-transferable and NOT exchangeable for cash.
j. Winners can collect their prizes at:

k. To collect or receive prizes, winners must show proof of identification like MyKad or other identity cards, passport and ownership of mobile phone number.
l. Winners can engage a LKM courier service to deliver prizes to their designated addresses. Cash-on-delivery charges of courier service are to be borne by winners.
m. Prizes not collected within one month from the date of announcement would be forfeited.
n. All personal particulars and submissions become the property of the LKM.
o. LKM reserves the right to use the names of winners and their submissions for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners may be required to attend prize presentation ceremony related to the promotion at their own cost.
p. Judges decision is final.
